The primary focus, which is especially needed for newer IBM offerings, is to bridge the gap between existing product capabilities and successful customer deployment that require deep product engineering expertise and is not something we can cover through our traditional support and services processes. This has the added benefit of providing a valuable, detailed feedback channel directly to offering manager and development teams about how our products are performing in real customer situations.
